The Documents and letters from Indonesia could be enforced in the Netherlands if the documents had already legalized by : - Department of Justice and Human Rights Affairs
- Directorate of Consular of The Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia
- The Dutch Embassy in Jakarta
Departments/Institutions in the Netherlands will not receive Indonesian documents without legalization from the Dutch Embassy in Jakarta. Certain procedures should be fulfilled to legalize the documents and letters which are enforced in the Netherlands in order to be used in Indonesia. Those documents and letters must be legalized by : - The Ministry of Justice of the Netherlands (Ministerie van Justitie)
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands (Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken)
- The Indonesian Embassy
Legalization of company Document- Enclose the original company document which has been legalized by the District Court, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministery of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands
- Enclose foto copy of document
- The apllication could be via post by enclosing sufficient stamp
Legalization of Personal Document- Surat Kuasa sudah dilegalisai oleh pejabat pemerintah kota setempat, Kementerian Luar Negeri/Letter of Power Attorney must legalized first by the local government (Gemeente) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken)
- Melampirkan copy paspor/Enclosing foto copy passport
To take a medicine to Indonesia - The applicant must bring letter which was legalized by the Dutch Phyisician (Huis Arts) by explaining name and amount of the medicications to be used during the visit to Indonesia.
- The letter should then athorized by the Dutch Ministery of Foreign Affairs and the Ministery of Health.
