• Applicants for a visitor visa must possess a passport that is valid at least 6 months beyond the arrival date in Indonesia, except for Limited Stay Visa and Multiple Business Visa applicants who must possess a passport that is valid at least 1 year beyond the arrival date in Indonesia.
• Approved visitor visa applications will be ready for collection 4 (four) working days after date of submission to the visa office.
• The validity of a visitor visa is 90 days. Applicants who fail to use the visa in the designated time period must re-apply for a new visa.
• Children traveling to Indonesia on their own or on their parents passports are required to apply for visas. The application processing fee for children (of any age) is the same as that for adults.
• The Embassy does not accept visa applications by mail.
• Visa applicants do not have to appear in person at the Embassy in the Hague.

Required Documentation for a Tourist Visa

• The length of stay for a Tourist Visa is a maximum of 60 days from the date of entry into Indonesia, and is not extendable.
• Applicants must pay a non-refundable application processing fee of € 45,- ( for up to 60 days ) and provide the following documents:

1. An application form, completed and signed, with one passport size photograph attached.
2. A passport with a validity date at least 6 months beyond the date of entry into Indonesia.
3. A copy of applicants return ticket or booking order (boekingsbewijs) from a travel agent.
4. Visa fee
