Required Documentation for a Multiple Entry Visa |

- A Multiple Entry Visa is issued for business purposes only. Applicants of a Multiple Entry Visa are required to have traveled to Indonesia at least three times in the past year.
- The Multiple Entry Visa is valid for up to 1 year (length of stay max. 60 days/visit).
- Applicants must pay a non-refundable application processing fee of € 100, and provide the following documents:
- An application form, completed and signed, with one passport size photograph attached.
- A passport with a validity date at least 1 year beyond the date of entry into Indonesia.
- A copy of applicants return ticket or a copy of the booking order (boeking bewijs) from a travel agent.
- Approval from the Director General of Immigration in Jakarta.
